550 AC charging points for Vienna's charging infrastructure

Since 2018, more than 550 AC charging stations with over 1100 charging points have been installed for Wien Energie within Austria's capital city together with Schrack Technik GmbH.
Due to the increasing demand for public charging stations for electric and hybrid vehicles, Wien Energie started to expand its charging infrastructure. For the realisation and implementation, Kostad was commissioned to produce an efficient and vandal-proof charging station that would not detract from the cityscape.

The charging pole made of stainless steel is characterised by its robust workmanship and the IP44 protection class also ensures many years of outdoor operation. Up to 2 vehicles can be charged simultaneously with 22kW at 2 charging points.
